Black Strapless High / Low Dress

High / low style strapless dress with sweetheart neckline. Fabric is semi sheer. Top is lined (and has padded cups) and there is a short lining under the skirt portion. Front falls 2” above the knee, back falls mid-calf (I’m 5’10”). Last photo has the overlay skirt folded open to show the lining. Shell - 100% polyester Lining - 95% polyester 5% elastane Brand new with tags. Never worn.
