Black Swimsuits Coverup, Halter Dress, Size XS to S/M

La Vie En Rose, Black swimsuit coverup with an open back and neck ties. Tags were removed for comfort. Very stretchy. New condition. Size was likely XS, however it offers a lot of stretch. In my opinion, it would likely fit up to a standard medium or small medium. Measurement under bust is 12” but stretches to 14”. Length is 30”. Bust (cup size) is also very forgiving.
