This is a glam party dress! This black tulle, empress waist, dress is perfect for a cocktail party, wedding, or formal work event. It is lightweight and has a smocked elastic bodice, ruffled sleeves, and intricate tulle criss cross design down the length of the dress. The detailing is unique and gorgeous!
