Black Tahari blouse with ruffled sleeves for work!

I brought this blouse from winners maybe a year ago and have only worn it once (attached in the OOTD picture in the description). It’s a great, wrinkle free blouse that’s super versatile - it just didn’t work for me and I think it should go to a better home! I picked this up for around 45 CAD - I just want this blouse to go to a good home! Size is small and it fits true to size. No stains, no tears! Check out my other listings :)
