Black Tape Light Blue Long Sleeve Dress

Chic light blue dress with long sleeves. Soft fabric and elegant design. Only worn once to a bridal shower, I’m 5ft 8” and it comes to above my knee in length. There is a small bundle of fabric strings at the front which can be trimmed with scissors. It’s very small and minimal, didn’t notice until after purchasing the dress that it was like this.
