Black Textured Hat with Bow

This black hat features a textured design with a smooth, elegant bow at the base of the crown. Its rounded crown and small, curved brim offer a classic and stylish look. I am not sure but considering I have had this bucket hat for a while I would think it is either straw or cellophane. The inside measures 25” and is in great shape. The has two bows which could be worn at the front or back of hat. Depending on what you are wearing , you can use it for the beach for dress up.
