Black Tulle Bustier Evening Sexy Cocktail Dress

Custom made cocktail dress. Black satin/mesh bustier top with layered tulle midi skirt. Worn only once. Measured laying flat and not stretched, waist is approximately 12.5” and bust is 15”. It has a little bit of stretch that can give you maybe 1/2” more. Back zipper, fits my C32 chest, 27” waist. Room in hips so it’s not tight. Reposhing this item I purchased from @lenaantonacci.
