One button tuxedo jacket with satin lapels by Ffinati Internationale. It has 2 inside pockets (one with a small hole) and 3 outside pockets. In great used condition and just came back from the dry cleaners so it is ready to wear. Size is 43R but please go by the measurements below and compare it to a jacket you wear now.
