A black velvet / velour bucket (cloche) hat with a wide brim and a gathered crown. With distinctive ruching or pleating at the crown which creates a gathered, textured look. This design allows the fabric folds to fan out and fit the head snugly. Can be vintage, has no tags. Condition is very good
