Black Velvet Dress with Gemstone Neckline

Velvet material and a pretty gemstone neckline. Great condition for the actual dress but there are a few gemstones missing as seen in the close ups. However this is barely noticeable when looking at the neckline as a whole. Please let me know if you have questions!
