Black Velvet Evening Dress Designer ALBERT NIPON 80s Vintage Flapper Dress - M

Classic 20s flapper style black velvet maxi dress by designer Albert Nipon. Features balloon sleeves and a stunning back button closure with faceted beads. The dress is really pretty in real life. Sadly black is notoriously difficult to photograph. Photo #5 shows the waist pinned to the mannequin. The waist is in fact a drop waist. Please see more details below. Label - Albert Nipon Made in Hong Kong Fabric is 82% rayon, 18% silk Unlined. Labelled as a size 10. Should fit a size medium but please review measurements below for best fit. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam - 19" (drop shoulder) Arm - 20" Chest - 40" Waist - 28" Hips - 44" Length - 45" No stretch to fabric. Ten back button and zipper closure. Eight of the buttons are faceted beads. There is an additional hook and eye closure at the waist. Excellent vintage condition. I noticed some discolouration around one of the beads on the back but it is totally hidden when the dress is done up. This dress has been professionally dry-cleaned. I ship from Canada.
