Black Velvet H&M Dress XS

Lovely black H&M midi length velvet dress. I'm 5 foot 2 and it falls mid calf on me. Looser fit as well. Could even fit a size medium for a tighter fit. New with tags and never worn. It fit me too loosely in the chest and I did not end up spending money to alter it.
