Black Velvet Skater/Dance Dress with Lace Sleeves and Rhinestones

Elegant black velvet dress with lace sleeves. Features a fitted bodice and flared skirt. Has a low back lined and like new condition. Only wore and hand washed once, which is why the tag has some dye bled on it (see photo). Otherwise pristine.
