This is an unusual telephone, made by Webster Electric in Racine, Wisconsin most likely in the 1950s or 60s. It is an intercom phone that was likely used in a department store such as K-Mart or Sears. Its phone line is not the standard R11 but a 3 pronged piece that would have been plugged into the store's intercom system; as such it is untested, though the dial turns smoothly. Unlike most phones Webster's do not have letters around the numbers.
