Black Zipper Sophisticated Dress

This well constructed, beautiful black zipper dress could be worn in the office or to dinner. The front and back has beautiful detailing and the sleeve cuffs can be folded for a different look. I am 39” hips and 32” bust. It fits well on my hips but there is definitely more room in the waist and bust area.
