Black and Red Floral Chiffon Dress

Worn only once for a few hours. Honestly LOVE this dress, perfect for wedding guests. Pictures don’t do it justice. Bought at Queen West boutique Zumel. Made of chiffon, has ruffles and a slit in the front. Tag is medium - but would fit a small best.
