Black and Red Peplum Dress

I'm haing a hard time capturing the poka dots on this dress. Refer to the close up to see them well. The dress has a sweetheart neckline. It is very flattering on the figure It is very stretchy and comfortable It is in great condition. It does not have a size or brand tag however. It fits like a Medium but might accommodate a small or large given its stretchability.
