Black and Teal crepe gown

Phoebe gown with teal underlay will make you want to twirl. Black beaded straps and invisible back zipper. Worn once. Straps adjusted to my 5’2 height ( wearing 3’ heels totalling 5’5 ) but straps can be let out. See photos.
