Brand New with tags - bold and dramatic patterned black and white maxi dress. The dress has pockets and two slits in the front - I have done my best to show that in the last photo. The skirt is lined from the waist to the top of the slits. The size tag is 18-20 or a 2X The lay flat measurements are as follows: pit to pit 21 to 22 inches waist is elastic and stretches from 19 to 24 inches The length from waist to hem is 36 inches.
