Black and White Drape Cocktail / Evening Dress

Black and white cocktail dress, size XL. Smaller make so should be able to fit a medium to large size. Sleeveless, crisscross black and white scarf like drape / gathering detail on front. Plain black at the back. Has a tie belt to customize waist. Made with spandex (8%), very stretchy. Very small pull on front but not noticeable. Length of dress is about 41 inches, pit to pit 19 inches.
