Black and White Dress Size 17 (like 16)

It looks like a top and skirt but it is a dress. The top part is a stretchy fabric with a polka dot print The bottom party is a glossy taffeta like fabric and is layered on the bottom The size is 17 but it really fits like 16 Bust is 42 inches but stretches beyond that Waist is 39 inches (empire waist, just below the bust) Waist is Top section is polyester Bottom section is 95% polyester and 5% spandex It is in very good condition
