Black and White Ombré Long Skirt

Dual layered skirt with a bead-detailed waist band that zips up in the back. The outside layer is a shear thin layer and the under layer is a white, thicker layer. The skirt has been worn a handful of times but is in good condition without any signs of wear or tears.
