Black and White Party Dress

Adorable vintage striped dress. There’s a single layer of tulle in the skirt giving it volume and a polished structure but not a stiff triangular / rounded shape. Original zipper Never needed repair and never altered. Size tag says 7/8 but it fits smaller on account of being vintage, so it’s listed as size 6. The exact measurements are in the photos.
