Black and White Polka Dot Long Sleeve Dress Size L

Emma & Michele brand polka dot flowy knee length dress. Fabric is very flowy, it is fully lined except for sleeves. Collar is a V neck style with a ruffle. I am 5'10 and length is good, about knee length. Brand new with tags, meant to wear for an event but went with another option. Would be nice for a wedding or a nice casual event!
