Black and White Stripe Dress

This black and white stripe dress is fitted on the top and flowy on the bottom. It has a higher neckline and is sleeveless. The belt is sewn in and not detachable. It clasps together and is elastic so it stretches with you. It zips all down the back. I wore it once, it was super comfy and stretchy.
