Black and White Striped Button-Up Dress

Vintage black and white striped dress with button-up front. Features a sewn-in neck scarf, easy to tuck in if you don't care for it, and a matching 6x6-inch pocket square. The thicker material, would make this great for a fall night. In good vintage condition. The dress has some snags, more on the back, and minor stains/slight snags on the pocket square and scarf. Imperfections are minor and were difficult to capture in pictures, please see the last few photos. My dress form is a size 4. Unsure about the size?
