Black and White Striped Pleated Midi Dress

This eye catching little dress features a partially pleated accordion-style skirt in solid black, with bold black and white horizontal stripes on the top half and 3/4 sleeves. Made in Canada with an amazing stretch fabric blend of polyester, viscos and spandex. Recommendation is to hand-wash and hang dry. Selling as new. Only worn a couple of times and was hidden in my huge closet! No longer fits:( Would fit up to a size 8.
