Black and White dress Total length

This dress is much older - worn about 10 times. It is 3/4 length There is a very thin slip on the inside, it is a very thin dress. Great for a hot vacation. There is no size tag anymore but it is a medium and has a little stretch. The sewn in tie can go to the front / back / side. My mannequin is small - and technically this is a vintage piece so it may be a smaller medium.
