These black, blue and white retro patterned pull on pants have an 80s vibe. The cute pants have two slit back pockets and four silver faux buttons on ankle. These pants are in excellent used condition. There is no material tag but they seem to be cotton with a stretch elastic. Measurements: waist 15 inch Inseam: 22.5 inch
