@sweetweetsie Hi. Machine wash cold. Hang to dry. Doesn't specify fabric. A light blend it's soft and comfortable. I'll see if I can find a measuring tape. Could you let me know which measurements you were hoping for?

@sweetweetsie lying flat I would say 21" with some room to stretch but the fabric has some give I wouldn't describe it as stretchy so with the buttons likely wouldn't work. if you are a sewer it has a side zip. But if it doesn't work no stress ♥️
