Black and green tulle skirt

Never worn Green and black tulle skirt with plaid print. Lined, except the lowest 5” are left sheer. Elastic waist with sparkly black detail. Never worn, in perfect condition. 35” long. Laid flat, the waist measures 12.5” across. Made in Italy
