This is a very soft skirt that’s thick enough for spring or fall. The material is very stretchy. It unfortunately doesn’t sit the way I wanted it to on my body and it was final sale. Flat measurements Waist: 13”(33cm) Length:21 1/2”(54 1/2 cm)
