Black and nude lined skirt from Ann Taylor

Black and nude lined skirt from Ann Taylor. Style is pencil skirt. Falls above the knee but longer than a miniskirt. I used to wear it to work with tights (but it doesn’t fit me anymore). It transitions well between work and cocktails/evening parties (depends on the rest of the outfit). Worn a few times. Always got a lot of compliments about it. Some of the threading is stretched near the zipper (see picture). It doesn’t shown when you wear it; I think it happened from pulling down on the fabric and pulling up on the zipper.
