Black tunic with asymmetrical hem made of t-shirt material. Tunic has large silver buttons, silver graffiti, and unique mesh/polka dot pocket. Short sleeves. Has small shoulder pads. Generous fit. There isn’t a size tag, but I think it’s XXL or XL. See measurements below. 32” to shortest hem 36.5” to longest hem 27” PTP 12” sleeves
