- Black and white checkered pattern long sleeve blouse - Size = XL, see approximate measurements in photos - Well worn, has lots of life yet--one flaw is that the golden ball button is missing on one arm and so I was using a safety pin to keep it closed (see last photo) - Unsure of brand as label was cut off
