Black and white cotton wrap dress tie waist short sleeve rounded hem dress, p2p is 22" ish, but it's batwing sort of sleeve is forgiving and can give a few more inches, length is about 38" ish, has rounded edges on each side for a peek a boo sort of look at front when done up. all tags are missing, from feel of fabric I'm going to guess cotton poly blend or straight cotton, for this reason I would not dry on high or hot, I would tend to hang to dry and iron or steam for finish.
