Black and white dress

This is an adorable size Medium black and white dress. I have no idea what name brand it is because tags are not there anymore. However, I can tell you that it's in very good condition. Sits just above the knee. I'm pretty sure it's a poly/ spandex blend. lots of lower waist room. necklace not included.
