Black and white floral tunic, women’s small NWOT

I thought this may have been a mini dress, but it’s definitely a tunic. Sure, it would look awesome with short-shorts, or leggings, or jeans, or anything really, but it doesn’t quite suit my needs. It features some black lace details, which add a little somethin somethin to this top. Tags have been removed, but this has never been worn. Super cute and feminine!
