Black and white pleated skater dress

a size 8 black and white skater cut dress with a pleated bottom section the belt is a cheapy one that came with it and not in good shape but the dress is in good condition as I only wore it twice. had a tiny bit of pilling goes just above the knee add to a bundle for cheap smoke and pet free home
