Black and white shear sleeveless Banana Republic dress with cowl neckline and elastic waist. Pattern is houndstooth reminiscent. Elastic waist stretches 3 inches easily. Black stitched loops with matching belt that may be removed. Skirt is pleated with relaxed pleats. Back has key hole opening with button closure. Dress is shear so you would need to wear a slip underneath. Dress is in VG condition.
