Black and white stripe, strapless, fit and flare dress

This is a cute and comfy striped, stapless, fit and flare dress, mid thigh length. Pleats around the neck and waist make a very flattering fit. Stretchy fabric and pockets make it practical and comfortable. Used but in great condition. Looks great worn with a belt. Can be casual or dressed up for work.
