Black and white witchy dress

Amazing black body con dress with white collar and cuffs, giving off real Wednesday Addams vibes. Material is soft and has pretty great stretch. Knee length. Zipper in back. No tags, so size is unknown. I am a size 12 and it fits great everywhere except on the sleeves as the white material has no stretch. Please see measurements below.
