Italian block heels size 36 - bought in Italy

Even though I’m a size 37, I loved these shoes so much that I bought them in a size 36 because they were the last pair. But they’re too small for me, then and now! I have worn them only a few times. Purchased in Amalfi. Brand is Peperosa. I am unsure if the outside is real suede but the inside, both at the back and front, appear to be and feel like real suede and leather.
