Black chiffon ruffled dress

Cute black summer dress with small ruffles on the front. It has an inside liner to block the see through material which is helpful. I’ve worn only a couple of times so it’s basically new. It comes to about just above my knees in length and I’m 5’5. No stains or rips. Super cute!
