Black circle skirt with fabric belt

No brand, but purchased two years ago in Seoul, Korea. Elastic waist-band and would look cute with a white button-up. Hits just around the knee area for me at 5'5. Not entirely sure of fabric, most likely a poly-blend, but really thick and durable material. Feel free to request measurements of the waist-band if needed, but it'll probably fit a XS-S
