Black cotton viscose blend waist fitting dress, shiny buttons, cap sleeve

Hard to show well in photo, this dress has a form fitting waist and then a beautiful gradual flaring skirt, very flattering with a Cap sleeve collar and shell/oyster (like) buttons. The bottom hem can be ironed flat, but please note I never bothered to do this, but it does “roll” up. See photo. This is a knit dress that is very comfy, but looks professional and flattering, can be worn with a blzer or cami or nothing.
