Black cross front dress pants

Black poly/acetate blend pants. They crisscross in the front. No zipper. One side buttons closed and they other has a belt that does up on the left side. 1" cuff on the bottom. Meant to be worn as boyfriend fit. Waist measures 17", rise is 11" and inseam is 27". Fabric tag cut out. They have the look of a cool wool. Worn one time.
