Black crossover top with gathered detail - unique

A very unique black crossover top with gathered / scalloped detail at the bottom and ruching on the sleeves. Sleeves also have zippers and black and white piping. Tag was cut out, I believe it's joseph ribkoff but I couldn't be 100% sure. In fabulous condition! 🌹
