Black dress, size medium

This dress has only been worn once, I wore it for my sister’s wedding as her maid of honour. It has been sitting in my closet ever since. Originally it had no straps, I had them put on because I feel uncomfortable in strapless dresses. The straps can easily be taken on or off. They are attached with bra strap like hooks. There is also one stone missing in the little pendant, which can also be removed and replaced. I am the person in the pics wearing the dress and I am a size 3 for reference. I’m open to offers.
