Black dress with belt - size 2

Classic black boat neck, 3/4 length sleeve dress with belt. Dress sits just above the knee making it a really perfect multifunctional piece. Fully lined with a black zipper down the back. Dress is 62% polyester, 33% rayon, 5% elastane This dress is about 20 years old, but never been worn and has the tags still on it!
